Loreto

Chief Design Officer

Loreto is energized by replacing outdated narratives with inimitability and bold vulnerability (it’ll make sense once you meet her).

Merging her Masters of Architecture degree from the University of Washington with a background in broadcast journalism, she is unparalleled in creative direction and spatial storytelling. With more than a decade of consolidating her impressions on architecture as an early pioneer of collecting found objects to sell as art and furniture, designer and task champion of multiple full-scope projects in high-end residential and commercial real estate, and navigating land development amidst a global pandemic and the Sian Ka’an jungle.

Loreto is fearless in the face of uncertainty–which has served her in business and at the boxing gym in West Hollywood where she likes to chill out and decompress.

Jb

Intern

JB likes to prioritize slow time and orienting people around fundamentally human interaction and space.

He has seen beautiful things in his life, spending large portions of his childhood in Tuscany, and periods of his adult life being lost on varying pilgrimages throughout western europe. These experiences guide his desire to distill human experiences and increase accessibility to slow time.

With a bachelors in Digital Design from Seattle University, and Masters of Architecture from the University of Southern California, he is keen on developing design through varying scales and mediums. He has worked professionally as a designer, carpenter, and building information modeling expert. This experience has prepared him to have broad depth in the components of building and design projects from the tangible to the technical.
